HOWITWORKS

A sample is collected at a collection site, predetermined by EBS and the employer. Collection sites are either Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp based on the nearest location to the employer. Employers are provided with Chain of Custody forms and are past onto the applicant with directions to the collection site. Test results are returned and available online usually within 24 to 36 hours. Any positive results are automatically sent for a confirmation, and may take up additional 36 hours. All results are provided in the employer's pre-employment background screening report. Results can be fax, e-mail, or obtained online.
