EBS, Inc. does not sell, distribute, or in any way disseminate information we obtain about individual other than: 1) to the client company requesting the background screening pursuant to a consumer's authorization, 2) to the consumer who is requesting is the subject of the background screening, and 3) to law enforcement or in response to a court order.

EBS, Inc will conduct a reasonable investigation into companies who request the services of screening individuals, in order to protect against unauthorized access or disclose of information. These identification and authentication steps will be conducted before any background screening work is done for the client or the client is given access to screening tools.

Physical Inspections are required in order to receive credit reports.
