Pre and Post Adverse Notification Letters
EBS, Inc. now provides our clients with Pre and Post Adverse Action Notification Letters. These legally required letters for all pre-employment background screening, they are generated based on an order(s) that has been flagged (i.e. criminal record, etc.) or when credit report has been issued. All letters will be provided at the end of the applicants’ report, which will include: your company name, address and telephone number, the applicants name and address and position they applied for, as well as all of EBS, Inc. contact information. All that is needed is for you to print the letters and mail them. By using this service you eliminate the need to manually typing and print all legally required letters – saving you time and effort.
